Position Description
Hearty Homes are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients from initial sign-up and deposit through to key construction milestones. You will play an important role in delivering a seamless client experience while coordinating documentation, permits, approvals, and communication between internal teams and external authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-construction phase
Conduct regular client check-ins and provide progress updates
Prepare and manage client files, contracts, and documentation
Coordinate pre-construction requirements including permits, approvals, and compliance
Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Drafting, Operations) to ensure smooth project flow
Track project milestones and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities
Support clients during construction, including key milestone updates
Assist with handover preparation and documentation
Provide general administrative and reception support
About You
Construction or building industry experience (preferred)
Previous experience in administration, client service, or coordination roles
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
