Position Description
- Payroll processing/superannuation/workcover
- Payroll payments
- Employment Contracts
- LeavePlus update and make payments for staff
- Invoice/statement checking
- Weekly Invoice upload to bank
- Download Statements into Databuild
- Reconciling, BAS reporting to Accountant
- Payroll Tax and IAS reconciliation and payment
- Reception backup
- Monitor staff productivity – Liaise with Management
- Monitor staff levels – Liaise with Management
- Consult / Report to upper management as required.
- Advise of and source improved practices/ procedures
- Continual SOP Updating with Reception
- Insurance Claims for builds
- Insurance declarations for company vehicles
- Insurance Annual Project Yearly Declaration
- Assist with Client resolution issues
- Send Photos to clients from Subbies
- Claims and Receipts of claims and variations
- Finalising of variation / Prov Sums Prior to Final Claim
- Update JPS & Insimplify
- ABS Surveys
- Other tasks as required
