Position Description

  • Payroll processing/superannuation/workcover
  • Payroll payments
  • Employment Contracts
  • LeavePlus update and make payments for staff
  • Invoice/statement checking
  • Weekly Invoice upload to bank
  • Download Statements into Databuild
  • Reconciling, BAS reporting to Accountant
  • Payroll Tax and IAS reconciliation and payment
  • Reception backup
  • Monitor staff productivity – Liaise with Management
  • Monitor staff levels – Liaise with Management
  • Consult / Report to upper management as required.
  • Advise of and source improved practices/ procedures
  • Continual SOP Updating with Reception
  • Insurance Claims for builds
  • Insurance declarations for company vehicles
  • Insurance Annual Project Yearly Declaration
  • Assist with Client resolution issues
  • Send Photos to clients from Subbies
  • Claims and Receipts of claims and variations
  • Finalising of variation / Prov Sums Prior to Final Claim
  • Update JPS & Insimplify
  • ABS Surveys
  • Other tasks as required
